Boost confidence before sharing ideas with top management - At my current job I spend a lot of time in meetings. While I have no problems talking to my manager and sharing my ideas with him, I do feel uncomfortable doing the same thing in front of the top management. Do you have any advice for how I can share my thoughts with upper management with the same confidence?
